Our Staff Ronald F. Peck, CPA Ron is a partner in our firm.  He brings over 45 years of experience that includes public accounting, private industry, and international activities.  This broad base of experience allows him to combine technical expertise with the perspective of a business person.  He specializes in providing accounting and tax services to a wide range of small to mid-size businesses, including manufacturing, construction, real estate, service businesses and wholesale distribution.  He also provides tax preparation and planning services for individuals.  Ron received his BBA in Accounting from LeMoyne College in 1963, and is certified to practice in Florida and Michigan. Ron is also a certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor. rpeck@peckjenkins.com Rose M. Jenkins, CPA Rose is a partner in our firm.  She has over 30 years of experience that includes public accounting, private industry, and international activities.  She specializes in accounting and tax services for small to mid-size businesses, including service businesses, physicians, real estate, retail, restaurants and hotels, and specialty services for resident and nonresident aliens.  She also provides tax preparation and planning services for individuals.  Rose received her BSBA in Accounting from Lawrence Institute of Technology in 1980, and is certified to practice in Florida and Michigan.  rjenkins@peckjenkins.com Mindy J. Martin, CPA Mindy is a senior manager who joined the firm in 2005 and is a member of our management committee.  She is a certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor. Mindy's experience includes both public accounting and private industry.  She provides accounting and tax services for a variety of business and individual clients, with specialization in restaurants, the hospitality industry, manufacturing, audits, and real estate activities.  Mindy received her BA in Accounting from the University of South Florida in 2002.  mmartin@peckjenkins.com Leah M. Hoffman joined the firm in 2008.  She specializes in accounting and tax preparation for a variety of entity types, including non-profit organizations.
